Policy
- Contact us for
a RMA number to begin the return process.
All returns must be authorized by 800InkMax.com. Any
merchandise returned without authorization will not be refund.
- We will issue
a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
Customer need post the RMA number outside the return package.
- For Exchange
We will send you a replacement with a stamped return envelope
or a UPS return shipping label for you to send the cartridge
back. You will be charged for the replacement. but we will
credit it back to you once we receive the return package.
Customer must send the product back within 30 days after
you receive the replacement to receive credit.
- Defective cartridge exchanges, a full
refund will credit to you.
- Non-defective exchanges must be done
within 30 days of the invoice
date. No exchange after 30 days. A 20%
restocking fee will be applied.
- Product returned is not ours or cartridge
that is greater than 25% empty
will not receive credit. You will be charged $10 shipping
and handling fee. We will keep your return package for
2 weeks. You will have to pay the shipping and handling
fee if you want us to send it back to you. It will be
discarded after 2 weeks.
- For Return
Customer is responsible for sending the package back to
us.
- Defective cartridge returns, a full
refund will credit to you.
- Non-defective returns must be done within

All returns MUST include original
factory box, original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings,
etc.), blank unfilled warranty cards (if any). Do
not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any
manner.
Please includes prove of purchase, such as a copy of your
original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, for reimbursement
of your refund.

Refunds require up to one week to process. We will not notify
you when a credit is issued to your account, so please check
your credit card statement for confirmation. If no credit
